At Highbury Furnishings, we want you to love your home. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to begin the return authorization process.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during the transit back to our warehouse.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional white-glove courier to collect the item; for smaller accents, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
